Licence Condition
The licensee must develop a program for monitoring the quality of stormwater discharging at Points 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 ("the Monitoring Program"). The Monitoring Program must take into consideration stormwater sampling frequency, potential analytes of interest (including ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, pH, phosphorus (dissolved reactive), phosphorus (total), total Kjeldahl nitrogen and total suspended solids, and sampling methodology. The Monitoring Program must be submitted to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or by email to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au. Date for completion: 31 March 2014. Note: The Monitoring Program is in addition to the monitoring requirements under condition M2.
(a) The licensee must undertake 12 months of monitoring at Points 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in accordance with the Monitoring Program developed under this PRP. (b) Upon completion of the 12 months of monitoring under the Monitoring Program, the licensee must prepare a report detailing the results of the monitoring, characterise the quality of stormwater discharging at each Point, and provide recommendations for improvements to the Monitoring Program. The report must be submitted to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or by email to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au. Date for completion: 30 June 2015.
The licensee must undertake a program to investigate and identify potential sources of pollutants identified in the Monitoring Program under this PRP that has the potential to, or are, impacting on the quality of stormwater discharging at Poitns 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. A report detailing this investigation and its findings must be submitted to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or by email to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au. Date for completion: 30 September 2015.
